Update, the woman with Down syndrome (who sounds - I hate to say it - surprisingly articulate!) has also bashed Palin for carrying her son around "like a loaf of French bread"!!

Knowing Sarah, the biggest part of that slam won't be the implication that she's using and exploiting her special needs son to score political points, but that the woman said FRENCH bread!!!

Making pop culture and political references isn't humor it's obvious and boring. Seth McFarland is a hack, plain and simple. Making fun of people that are disabled or handicapped REALLY isn't. The key to great comedy is truth and I gave up on that show a long time ago because I haven't ever seen one honest moment in it.

Well, FG had an appearence of Mohammad on the show, but after a lot of hype they fuzzed out his "face" and totally wussed out when it would have been ballsy to have done a Mohammad appearance. Like kicking a 10 year old's ass in a fistfight, hitting on non-dangerous targets shows not courage but a pussy on the loose...Family Guy, written and directed by pussies.

hey did you hear the big political issue going on in the states? yeah, a line in a cartoon has got all of washington and the political press in an uproar. so they brought in an expert (a cartoon voice actor) to provide commentary on it. meanwhile, there are people in the states dying, starving, struggling to provide for their families, unemployed, homeless, abused, out of insurance, in need of healthcare, walking out on their mortgages...but fuck that....a cartoon offended someone so thats what they want to focus on.

Only obvious if that's the way you read into it as there were circumstances that lead away from a description of Palin as well.

Again, she could have said she doesn't have a teenage daughter with D/S nor is her husband an accountant and the female gov reference is just another fictional depiction.

Listen, I honestly hate when the media drags innocent kids of politicians into the public discourse but keying in on any reference to D/S and/or Alaska governorship in every circumstance seems a little hypersensitive IMO.
