It makes me wonder. If there was a Fallout: Detroit would anybody be able to tell it was a fictional setting?

It makes me wonder. If there was a Fallout: Detroit would anybody be able to tell it was a fictional setting?

I thought about that back when New Vegas came out. Would be called New Detroit or be like 20 years in the future instead of 200 whatever? :1orglaugh

But sadly there are parts around me now that resemble a fallout setting.
