Fake people at my work

I work in this bar and I'm apart of the security team. The head manager is rude is makes bad judgements and mistakes and doesn't own up to it but would rather have you look bad. He never says please or thank you and I often find him getting on with people in lower positions to me but he makes no effort to speak to me when I try to speak to him. The other assisant manager is like a schoolboy looks really short and creepy makes a great effort to get along with the bar staff(he's more a bar manager anyway but still sticks his nose in my business) but comes across really fake towards me and acts as if I don't respect when I'm being normal.

He just gives me dirty looks like hes got something to say then reaches up and slaps my shoulder saying "hi long time no see" and smiling when I saw him 30 minutes ago. Also he told me to remove a ***** girl who wasn't really ***** just she was dancing a little bit and after she was removed he got uncomfortable because all her friends got upset so he ended up letting her back in.

I can tell alot of the bar staff know the managers don't like me and they act all fake nice, saying hi and slapping my shoulder(they already can see I don't like this) and I hardly know them for but they think they can walk up up to me and slap my shoulder. I saw one today talk to the managers while looking at me in such a sneaky way. I don't have the energy to smile/joke with some guy who is blatantly bad mouthing me when I'm not looking so why should I be jokey. Even the operation managers are douches. I said Hi to one who comes often and this one lady says "Do you know who I am? does he know who I am?" I said you are with Ken(operations manager) and she goes I don't like that..

Find some sort of sticky substance like honey or syrup that you can put on your shoulders (with maybe an undergarment or first aid pad) without driving you nutz. The next time someone slaps you on the shoulder and then looks at their hand say, "The damn things always burst when I don't update my shots. I'd wash that right away if I was you."

I experience this sometimes and I've realised that its because they fear me. Regardless of their "managerial" position at work they are always going to be lower in the food chain of life to me. They've reached their middle management position and they realise that they probably ain't gonna get any higher, so there's one resentment. Another resentment is that I'm always going to be bigger, stronger, be more capable, be more liked , have more fun and friends than them. They're too busy taking life far too seriously whilst me, I know its all just a ride.

*** on the lunch table!

Find another bar that pays more and when you do.You can then tell them to shove their job up their arses (they might even like that ;) )
