For all you Plastic Surgery haters...who "discovered" plastic surgery? Who manufactures the implants? Who performs the surgeries? The answer to these questions---MEN! If you don't like the results..well, maybe we need to get more women into the "Silicone Industry?"

I love implants. I think a pair of big, beautiful boobs is one of the greatest things in the world. Natural are great. Implants are great. If you want to see a lot of implanted women...go to California or Florida.

Natural is better in my opinion, although i do not have a huge problem with fake tits aslong as the surgery is done well and it doesnt look like two baloons stuck on a womans chest, some boob jobs are done very well.

Us Americans, At least me prefer natural style.. but if you look at the adult or porn model industry larger means more sucess..

I love MCnudes and the euro look much more, but allot of american girls have that too..

OK - it's real simple. Girls get implants because they can if they want. There seems to be allot more insecurity here in the states thanx to our media and as a result, allot of big fake boobs :thumbsup:

If they want to use them for movies, you can find them in the tropical areas (LA, Miami...)
If they use them to catch rich guys, they are in rich towns (New York, Beverly Hills...)
If they get them to increase tips - check the strip bars.

People with implants are like people who secretly smoke marijuana, you'd be very surprised to find out how many people do enjoy it, to get and to look at.

You wont see them in any poor areas - guaranteed. You want to find fake tits? Follow the money brother. :glugglug:

I'm from Europe too and I think the reason why in The Staes so much girls have fake boobs is because America is a country where "beauty" and all the related things are much more important than in "the old world" Europe.

It's all have to do with advertising, raw-models etc.
I mean, in the States, we have to believe (is my opinion) that everything is bigger and more beautifull.

I personally like my real boobs. I also understand that a lot of ladies are not happy with their breast size and get them done. It is a personal choice and if it makes them happy then I don't see an issue. Real or fake they are still fun to look at.

I am an Asian from Southeast Asia. We don't find fake or silicon boobs in our countries. All boobs are naturals and real - small, medium or big sizes.

Girls or women in America can do anything to enhance their boobs to any sizez as long they have the money to spend and happy with the changes. Girls and women in Europe seem to have big naturals boobs. I like big natural boobs, medium size or a handful size. I have nothing against fake or silicon boobs. After all, not my boobs. Frankly, I prefer medium and big natural boobs than fake or silicon big boobs.

Naturals big boobs like Jelena Jansen, Maggie Green, Rebecca Jessop, September Carrino, Ewa Sonnet, Lorna Morgan, Anekee Van Der Velden, Lucy Pinder, Sophie Howard, Malene Espensen, Linsey Strutt, Eva Ewyl, Eden Mor, Rachel Aldana, Hitomi Tanaka (Asian - Japanese), Nadine Jansen, Melina Velba, Linsey Dawn McKenzie, Jana Defi, Busty Merilyn, Kerrie Marie, Bea Flora etc are superb.

Fake or silicon huge boobs like Chelsea Charm is abnormal and unreal. Again, it's her choice to opt for surgery and ehnace her naturals boobs to ballon unatural boobs.
