Facebook Vs Google+ who ya trust??

I see quite a few models running pages over at facebook and only a few seem to have G+. While I have pondered the idea I decided against hosting a facebook page for a number of reasons one of which is the fact that I don't see it being of much use in the grand scheme of things. I think that to some degree the overly openness limits it use. Here on freeones usernames are still the norm you the fan can make up a name to interact with us models put up a profile photo that funny and creative and have a good time with out worry that what you do will be linked back to you "the real you".

I chose to build a G+ page because there is still some level of anonymity how long that lasts is to be determined but for now I feel more comfortable with it than the NSA sponsored Facebook! Google has the hangout feature so in the future should I decided to use it it there. Since I no longer have my own domain I use gmail for my basic email contact which makes G+ a good all in one solution for my needs.

So as the title states, which do you prefer?
Do you interact with adult model sites with your actually facebook account?
Do you think the thrill of having a online life and a real world life is gone or has become to blurred for comfort??

I prefer Facebook. I interact with several latina cam girls on FB through their commercial fan pages, not through their personal pages, and they all have 800,000+ followers!

Marketing wise, you can't lose if you utilize the big 4; Google+, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. :2 cents:

I trust on them to collect my personal data, history, etc regardless of which one you use. Both are about money and making as much of it as possible, any way possible. I keep Facebook for ****** and friends only. I don't have a Gmail account and never will. Their search engine is bad enough.

neither. i can't fathom leaving posting your face and full name all over the internet like i see so often.

i use the phone and email to talk to ****** and friends. no excuses.

also, anyone that uses youtube was recently ****** to have google+. and they want your full name, and all your "google" identities merged. have you seen that? low fucking blow.

seriously, what the hell happened to privacy? look anywhere: full names, pictures (with spouses and **** in them too), personal info, all over the web. honestly, it blows my mind.

Facebook + porn = ban

A lot of small sites and less known models will do OK and are able to fly under the radar. However, if you start throwing traffic at it, then they're going to ban you.

I think it was 2011 when I created a FreeOnes page and ONLY had non-nude images. It was mostly girls with fansigns, but a lot of freeones shirt and bikini photos too. Nothing worse than you'd see on the beach (probably the girls I had on our Facebook were more clothed than you'd find on the beach).

The page got nuked.

The following year, the freeones domain got ****** because of all the girls facebooking Miss FreeOnes.

I use it personally since it's easy to keep track of friends and ****** (and of course you don't have to use your real name...Facebook thinks my husband is from some tiny ass city in an eastern europe country), but can't be bothered to make a new page for FreeOnes.

Since 2012 Google has a new privacy policy in which the company asserts the right to combine all the information it can obtain from any sources. And that's including from sources never authorized by the provider. They even encourage software developers to use their tools to track the IP address of end-users. So even if you use fake names, multiple accounts, etc. the person will be known. They're worse then Facebook because they keep track of everything.

What cracks me up about facebook is they ban you guys but allow other non industry type content of similar type. I have had some photos come up in my feed that are very questionable!! Thanks for all the responses to this thread. I agree neither can really be trusted, so far I don't see much action on my social sites as I expected and honestly I see it as one less taks I have to deal with everyday that why I love freeones on stop shop!!!

Same ****, different covers, nothing new... People need to buy a folio hat and sell their computer if they don't want their information gathered in internet by evil big brothers... They can spy anyone if they want, but noone really cares that much about individual random nerds in internet unless they have some reason for that. People won't even know if they are being spied until SWAT team storms in from the front doors. Much bigger problem are when people themselves add their real names, pictures with home addresses etc. to places like facebook and then talk bad about their employers and end up getting fired, not that they watch porn... Most of random informations being collected are not so big problem until that information actually falls to wrong hands or starts getting ******, which probably will happen earlier or later...

What comes to facebook, I don't think they support pornographic content so that might not be the best place... Do many non-porn people actually follow/be friends with porn girls in those kind of pages with their real names and accounts? Personally I'm not a huge fan of those social media pages either way...

I really don't think daily active users of facebook do follow adult models or porn stars unless they are young-ins or folks who just have bs accounts. I could understand the hesitation one might have with liking say my page if I had one, then granny gets on and starts asking questions who really want to have to explain to grandma why you have big boob babes allover your page!! I honestly don't see the point in it really if I am here then this is where you can find me no need to bounce to another site just read up that I had my hair done today!!

I trust no one. People are inherently evil.

Yea everything is by IP these days but it really always has been. However the only way you would know who the real person is is by tracking the IP. I trust neither they are all out for number 1!!

Facebook and Google have been doing things for years that the NSA is probably just now thinking about. A few months back, there was a Facebook update for Android phones (talk about double trouble). You didn't even have to sign in to Facebook. You didn't even have to be a Facebook member. But as soon as you launched the app, it transmitted your phone number and any personal data it could pull from your phone to Facebook HQ. Markie Mark Suckerberg said he was real sorry about that and he wouldn't do that no mo. Promise.

It would be really hard to say which company has less respect for user privacy. They both pretty much survive (and thrive) by data mining and selling the data to advertisers. Why do you think Facebook is a "free" service? Why do you think Android is a "free" mobile OS? Why do you think Google wants you to buy a Chromebook and a pair of Google Glass? They make almost no money on the devices themselves. Doesn't that seem odd???

Other companies do it too. I can't remember if it was Samsung or LG (or both) but it's been found that a smart TV maker has installed software in its more advanced sets that not only tracks the shows you watch on cable or satellite, they also transmit the names of any files you play from connected devices, like USB sticks or flashdrives. A guy found that his TV had transmitted file names back to the company that had his ****' full names on them. When he tried to return the set, the company refused and said that just by purchasing the set, he had agreed to the (fine print in) the user agreement, which pretty much gave them rights to do anything they wanted, whenever they wanted. And now we have TVs and things like Xboxes that have cameras in them that actually watch us!

I've always been fascinated by technology, but good grief!!! We live in a world where it's legal and acceptable to spy on people in their own homes! :hairpull:

When the police wants to tap phones and electronical communication devices of someone to collect evidence:
- it has to involve a mayor crime worth of at least 4 years of prison time
- it has to be a mayor offence
- Permission from a judge is needed
- it can be no longer than 4 weeks. To extend it, they need permission from the public prosecutor
(it's probably different from country to country)

When Google and facebook want to gather information from whatever device and for whatever they want to use it:
- "Fuck you, it's in the small prints"
