Let's say you put it as in a relationship then you remove the option to show this on the profile. Can you have that removed for specific people. On girl I liked had it that she was in relationship and then I asked her about it and then when I check her profile the relationship status is gone. So is she able just to hide that part of the profile from just me?

Yes you can.
I have all kinds of custom settings, I can't remember what relationship status is grouped with but you can hide parts of your profile from selected people or groups.

On a side note: Fb is not a dating site. Your lucky she didn't block you entirely. lol!
