Facebook conundrum

Here's a puzzle for everyone, with a question at the end.

I set up a Facebook page for my 83 year old ******, so she could keep in contact with her friends. After three days, she had a cute picture of my old cat and five friends. Then Facebook disabled her account.
After going through their dumbass form, we were informed that she had broken Facebook terms.

Now the question. Does anyone know of a 100% guaranteed method of contacting these fucking people to find out how an 83 year old with one picture and five friends broke their terms?

I have tried Twitter (didn't really expect an answer there), I sent an email from her email address to Facebook support with no answer and I sent and email from my address to what is supposed to be a contact that "always" responds. Guess what, no response.
