It seems as though the 2 devices that went off are it, targeted at the mass of regular runners who were crossing the finish line, around 3 hours after the leaders crossed the line around 12:00-12:30. The majority of the runners are crossing around that time, which is how they probably have the suspect targeted from the surveillance tapes...you'd need to be on site to pick the optimum detonation time. Got caught in some of the explosion... that's good.
2 other devices were found and are "in custody" of the BPD Bomb Squad.

Also they immediately turn off all cell tower activity in an area after a terror act...they just announced the cell towers are going to be turned back on momentarily. Don't worry...

NY Post saying they have a Saudi in custody but no one else is reporting that, and the NY post is a VERY BAD SOURCE.

This is pretty horrendous. The picture of the bloody sidewalk they are showing taken from the window above the explosion site is particularly horrible.
