Actually, you should probably listen to the people that are your main source of income, because if you've taken the time to promote her here, it's obviously been worth your time. Instead of treating the customer like they're beneath you, you could learn a thing or two about running a business when you see the discrepancies people have with your business model.

But hey, it's your money and life so, we'll go elsewhere.

Precisely. You need to establish some kind of business model for the customer to determine whether or not it's worth the initial investment based on the content being provided. Without any sort of structure and sheer sporadic decisions (and what often seem like spontaneous decisions) on when to release new content, you run the risk of the customer being disenchanted with the whole model of the site. It's constantly felt like you guys have been releasing content when it was the time of the month for rent or when there was some desperate need of cash flow.

The point is you need to have something to entice people to spend the money, some kind of structure. Right now there is none. Expecting the consumer to pay $30 a month in the hopes that SOMETHING might get released this month is unconscionable as a business decision, and you honestly SHOULDN'T expect people to plop down that kind of money without any guarantee on what they're getting and when. Seriously, go look at sites similar to what you're trying to do and learn from them. Everything about them, from previews of content, to showing off what's new and how often content is released. It's like I said in our PM, it's business 101.

Here's a great example of a site with a LOT of structure

Everyone keeps giving examples of porn stars...Ewa isnt a porn star. Shes never going to be a porn star and shes never going to follow the path of a porn star. Shes a topless model that also sings. Also, Ewa isnt bpl, she models for them so dont blame her for content that they dont release. Like Ive said before, Ewa or BPL may not be your cup of tea. There are a million other women out there that may fit your needs.

It has nothing to do with porn. Pay attention. We're talking about the structure of the site and company. If you honestly don't believe that it needs some serious renovation and innovation, you shouldn't expect people to subscribe. What I'm about to post was in a PM

I am not one of those people that wants to see her lose her composure and go into hardcore porn. What concerns me is how this company is running itself now and how it's business tactics have completely changed. The point I have been merely stating (and over-stating) is that the way in which this business is now being conducted is amateurish and completely unprofessional, especially in the way you are communicating with customers and possible customers.

You do not treat the consumer like some kind of belligerent creature that wants to see your client's career destroyed. That's generalizing and quite frankly will turn anyone off of wanting to invest money further into a possible subscription

Listen, I like Ewa's work, I've been following her for years. It just feels as now though that how the content is being channeled and delivered is detrimental to her career and quite frankly hurts her reputation, and the company's with which she is a model for. It's about image, and the need to maintain the image of your business's main personality in the eyes of the consumer and the public.

I run 2 separate businesses and this is business 101. I'm a filmmaker myself and it's a bit depressing to witness what feels like a fall from grace and a gradual disappearance of Ewa. I'm saying all of this to you in good faith because I genuinely would like to see things pick up again with her and the business. It's just been truly unprecedented on how badly the delivery side of the content has been handled in recent months and the past year quite frankly.

My regards to you and send my regards to Ewa on her career.

The question was how much content a month not what kind of content, the examples should be seen as to how much content they provide.

agree 100%, well said.

i stumped up my hard earned cash to join the site (and the "vip group"). i wish there was a returns policy.

Am I alone in thinking it feels like us commenting on how poor the business strategy is is like shooting a flare gun into the ocean? We're hoping for help, but nobody's coming.

It's official, busty pl is over. There are left just some people hungry for money who stract their precious gold out of Ewa's huge udders. Fortunately internet is out there and we can still check out Ewa's last minutes os fame without having to join them into their monkey business...

They really need a new Content Manager as well. The current one only serves for insulting and belittling the very users he should rather listen to.

I'd say that's the worst god damn business plan and arrangement I've ever heard of for digital content. You just made it clear you guys really have no idea what you're doing. I wasted my time giving any advice.

Good luck with your business

Unfortunately this, hopefully people will be smart enough to not get involved with a company like this.

We already know that many if not most of you who post on Ewa's Freeones board have previously mentioned the availability of easy access to Ewa's videos in the past and some still think that they will continue to be able to steal the content with hacked passwords to the main site.

In the face of all the new Ewa Sonnet content this past week( 2 new videos and 1 new Set in less than 1 week that are very easy to access, all you have to do is the legal thing: subscribe)

the fact that there remains a consistent level of venomous responses coming from people who have been complaining about lack of new content and calling the site dead when there is a proven ramp up in releases is very indicative that many are furious at not being able to get at that content because they want it for free and they are unable to get it.(especially after looking at a screenshot of a new video that's being enjoyed for 1 week by only 100% verified paying members)

Instead of admitting the true reason for your anger, you redirect your insults at the business plan because it does not fit with your plans of stealing the content.

So instead of being appreciative of the fact that there is lots of new content that can be easily subscribed to( since the #1 complaint was the prior dearth of content!), the content release plan is mocked because it does not fit with your plans to get the content for free.

Some used to complain in the past that Busty.pl is dead and how they mourn not being able to see videos of Ewa etc...... and now that they can, they complain about a lack of frequency in the content and now that the content is more frequent they still complain.........in fact, there hardly is anything but complains on this board....... because of a content strategy plan that prevents content thieves from easy access.

So there you have it. A true fan, when faced with all this new content, would subscribe and not antagonize the very people that are working hard to provide more content and communicate with subscribers and fans on various outlets.

Content thieves, well they don't want to admit they are content thieves so they complain about the content release strategy while telling people not to get involved with a company that is releasing content more frequently but is also choosing to finally protect such content instead of letting it be easily stolen.

So, I'll throw it back at the content thieves who are trying to get us to reverse the content release plans:

What's the next tangent of complaints other than complaining about being publicly called out?

You truly have the worst PR I have ever seen too. Consider hiring someone to handle that, because making outlandish claims that your previous/possible future customers are content thieves and that's why they're complaining about your site's pricing/content availability/etc is not how you run a business.

You want to talk about what the issue is? People would and should have grounds to sue your company for fraud by your claims of producing new content every month, meanwhile no "new" content was produced for large periods of time (several months), all the while you still accepted subscriptions. You've re-released old content with a nonsense "HD" version which merely upscaled and frankly made the image worse, while charging people for an inferior product.

Keep digging yourself a hole. I truly believe by having everyone vacate this thread and ignore what's happening will send the strongest message of what is wrong with your business.
