dammit, I have missed the show due to time differences between US and my country :) I think the letter about the show should been sent earlier due to reasons fans may have ;) Anyone been there in the show? How was it? :)

My Fellas,

I really appreciate all the support, you are too good to me.

As for shooting new content, I will be. My break helped me to gain complete control over myself as a brand. At least for the time being I will not be shooting content for production companies. Although I may make special appearances for companies like Naughty America and Porn Fidelity the only new content available will be through my website www.evelaurence.biz. I think it is about time I started to make some money off myself. LOL

Sorry to hear you haven't made that much money off all your great scenes :(
So I actually own about 40 of your dvds...did none of that profit go to you? When are you going to start adding new content to your website and charging a membership? You're right about the economy, its really f*cked right now. I'm having a hard time getting a decent paying job and I've got a Bachelor's degree. I feel quite a bit of shame because I'm a HUGE fan but I really can't afford the webcam shows or a custom video (which is really cheap by the way) right now. I'm so poor I can't even afford the r... I'm just po lol. Ok, I'm not starving or anything but I've got to be thrifty with my money right now, you know? As soon as I start making some extra money I'll buy a custom video and some webcam shows...I'd rather YOU get the money than the video companies. Besides, we've gotta help a working girl get through college right? :D

Companies pay performers a flat fee but in turn they make a hundred times or more then we do. We give up our right to the content when we sign a release to get paid. The Industry is not structured to benefit the performer, even though we take all the risks. Thus the reason why I don't want to shoot for companies any more.

I work as a Office Professional to pay my bills and go to school. I actually had exams today. I make almost $14/hr right now and I am content with that. I don't need money to be happy. I enjoy performing. And as messed up as things are right now I am happy to provide a break from reality for my fans.

I am waiting on the development contract for my new site and once I put my deposit down (next week) it will only take 7 days to have it completed (given no problems). I am thinking that I am only going to charge like 19.99 a month to join my site. With your membership you will be able to view all my CAMZ shows as well as participate in live shows streamed from my site.

The internet is where it is. My fans know that I stand apart from the rest. I don't have any one holding me back now or making false promises that they will get things done. The only way I will accomplish my goals is if I achieve them myself. I am a very trusting person and sometimes naive to that fact that not everyone is as honest as me.

I like to think that “you “are my fans because you can see past the smoke screen of other performers and see that I am genuine. I like women and there is so much more to being attractive then a hot body and great sex (ha ha yeah right LOL). Don’t get me wrong I am not trying to make what I do into something it isn’t. But doesn’t the fact that I don’t need to be refilled with air every 15 mins make me that much more appealing and desirable. If not, then this is a joke and I want to suck and fuck you till you cock falls off. He he he he he.

I started in this industry a few months after I turned 18 and yes maybe one I will stop, but not anytime soon. I don’t even care if I get recognized for my work (Industry) because ultimately the only opinion I care about is yours.

Sounds like a hot scene idea

A few of the reasons you're my fav :iloveyou:

I appreciate that you're so motivated too...work, school, and this on the side...where do you find the time? :dunno:
Can't wait to see the new content on your site!

There are various options for performers who want to be compensated at a higher rate than they would if they simply worked with a company and were paid only once for a scene. They can for example set up a website and charge a flat monthly fee (as you're doing) or they can set up a clips 4 sale site, so those who don't want to be bound by the monthly payment structure won't be.

And as for other revenue stream ideas there are auctions, custom videos (which you're doing but you could expand the types you would do), and feature dancing, which I think would be pretty lucrative for you given that on the freeones list you're still in the top 20, easily surpassing many well known stars (e.g., Jesse Jane and Tera Patrick) even though you haven't been active in the industry since last year.

: ) I appreciate the information; I am very familiar with all the ways to create revenue within the Industry. The money isn’t really an issue for me anymore I will be successful no matter what I do. More so, I like the goddess like desire the men have for me. It is very empowering.

Feature dancing isn’t as lucrative as you may think. I have know some pretty high profile stars that dance for only $150-250 a show and they hustle souvenirs and DVDs to make money. At this time I don’t have any plans to feature dance, maybe when I get older. It just doesn’t seem worth it for my situation. Also in the beginning of 2008 my home was broken into and everything of value was stolen, so I have developed a bit of anxiety toward the unfamiliar. So I am really just trying to find some balance.

Some girls escort or shoot scenes with fans. Again it isn’t really who I am, but I encourage girls who are comfortable, to do so. I’m not here to judge anyone.

My site will have a VOD section for fans that do not wish to be tied to a monthly payment and I am sure can have my developer working clips for sale for the new content. But then that brings concerns protection from possible rapid share of my content, so I would need to research ways to protect myself.

I again I really appreciate you being so thoughtful :)

Oh I wasn't aware of that, I heard some feature dancers were paid around $3,000 for 2-3 days of dancing, so I suppose it depends on how many shows you do. But, if it isn't lucrative for you it wouldn't be worth it.

Yeah I didn't want to bring up these other ways you could make money, but I've heard that this can be extremely lucrative (2-4k/hr), and apparently a lot of women in the industry are involved with it. But yeah you should only get involved with something if that's what you really want to do.

The VOD section sounds like a great idea and also drm sounds like it would be a necessity given the ubiquity of sites sharing adult content.

Eve, I think you're incredible and I'd gladly pay you MORE than $14 for an hour of your time.... :)
