European busty blonde not named Puma Swede

I'm hoping that the fans of the busty blondes will help me out with this. I do not have a picture, but I remember finding this amazing euro blonde a few years ago. I pretty sure she was Swedish or Danish, but she was a tanned busty blonde whom I could find a couple of movies and scenes with, one of which was completely dedicated to her. Samantha comes to mind, but I honestly cannot remember.

If I am violating rules by not providing a picture, please erase this, but I cannot for the life of me even find a picture because I can't remember her name.

Nah, definitely not them. I know I'm asking the impossible, but she's got a pretty big rack, larger than Puma's. And we're talking very blonde, almost bleach blonde.
