I'm no Obama fan by any stretch but Hank Jr made an ass out of himself. ESPN operates a business that answers to its sponsors and viewers. I hope Hank Jr doesn't start waving a Constitution around talking about the 1st Amendment because it doesn't apply here. ESPN made the smart and safe business move.

Dude, if you REALLY believe that....might I suggest a remedial Constitutional Law class? What part of the 1st Amendment only applies to government action do so many people have a difficult time grasping? Hank's 1st Amendment rights were in no way infringed upon......it's just that it does not apply in any way shape or form to what ESPN decided to do. I just wish the truly ignorant would stop using it to argue that you have the right to say anything you want in this country, and there is nothing that can be done about it......that's simply not the case.
