Erotic tabletop RPGs?

My girlfriend, a few of our friends and I are looking for an erotic tabletop RPG. We play D&D (4th) on a regular basis, and while that would be okay, I'm pretty sure there could be better options out there to accommodate an erotic premise. I have played various versions of the storytelling system before (Vampire, Mage and Hunter) and I think that would be far better than D&D. But I was mostly wondering if anyone here knew of a system that was geared toward what we are looking for.
