English Premier League 2009/2010

Is somewhere outhere.
I don't think it matters as big teams field weak sides against the easiest
opponents. So why can't the smaller teams do it too :dunno:

Au Revoir MArk Hughes :thefinger
(hate that prick...)

I guess the Man City Owners have very little patience....

Well successful people only want the very best.Although I failed
to see why they got Mancini, instead of trying to hijack Hiddink's
contract extension with Russia.

I think Mancini will get 18 months maybe :)

Same here mate I dont know why you would bring in someone without any Premier League experince at all :dunno: Yeh he has won Serie A 3 times but that was when other Italian teams were a lot weaker and the Premiership is a completely different type of league.

why don't you like him? :dunno:

He's got an ego that could swallow Wenger and Fergie  As typical of those with gigantic egos he never actually "did" anything and never realized how good he had it. He basically never should've bailed on Blackburn. He had an up-and-coming squad, they played great...he basically took the money and ran, like a jerk. It's only poetic justice that he was sent packing over Christmas after a somewhat short run as manager...:glugglug::thefinger

Does anyone have a map or a link to a map of England which has the precise locations of the present premiership clubs? I am very ignorant of exactly where in England these clubs are actually located. I just found out West Ham was a London club??:(:o:rolleyes:

Here you go Titsrock.

Wolves beat Burnley 2-0 today and now we 12th in the Premier league.:nanner::nanner:

EDIT: Shadowfax beat me to it. :hatsoff:

 Thanks! I had no idea that that's where most of those clubs reside.. Quite a few in the Northwest or maybe Mid West of the country. No clubs in the South West...

Didn't think Liverpool and Everton were so close to the coastline either...:dunno:

THanks again!:glugglug:

Hughes was a big supporter of Robinho and now that he is gone Mancini will be used as the excuse so that City can get rid of that malcontent.

Mancini is very passionate and will inspire and motivate City. The team has a ton of talent, yet often they lack focus and underpeform in games they should win.

In the short term this is a very good for City, Mancini will help them go out and attract some more top flight players that will enable to finish in the top four next year.

I will take your word on this hire, but if he's passionate, does that really mean hard-headed or dictatorish? I only ask because Adebayor ain't the greatest teammate and might tune out a manager with a firm hand. Adebayor likes the game to flow directly through and to him, no matter how many elite players are on the field...

Maybe my Goons will be able to poach Roque Santa Cruz (a Hughes favorite) and go to Blackburn and sign Christopher Samba :glugglug::thefinger:dunno:

From Samba's wiki:
He has also been notably known and realised as a very good aerial type of player with huge physical presence in the heart of defence.

Hughes is a player's manager and should really motivate City....as for Adebayor he may well be on the way out.

I really see City getting more Bellamy and Given type of players that play their asses of every minute.

So glad Wenger got rid of Adebayor - if I was Mancini, I'd do likewise....
