What does the "Unsung Darling" category even mean?
Dunno but no offence to the award winners but most awards are bullshit and pretty meaningless IMO. At least this was one that the fans voted for though; but you'd hope they may a clear distinction on what folks were voting for rather than leaving it open to interpretation.
Presumably though, it means something along the lines of someone who is underappreciated or handing out an award to someone outside of the select few who generally get all the awards.
"Best of the rest" wouldn't make for a very good award title but maybe that's essentially what it means.
