3 would be the best option, but I'm afraid it won't be a democratic country. It will become an official muslim country, with the sharia as the official law. I don't like dictators, but if it comes to countries in Northern Africa, perhaps is the best choice. I don't like those fundamentalists, and they can be a tread to other countries. A dictator can only be an asshole in his own country.

I am slightly positive that there will be a change for a democratic system.

Surely there will have to be massive western infuence and money to put in, but the situation with Israel next door etc calls for a huge investion to keep the area stable and not to let it fall to the muslim briotherhood that would let it fall as another Iran satellite, like the palestine areas.

I guess it will be a safe bet that when the Muslim Brotherhood takes over, in a month there will be a handful or more nuclear warheads from Iran in the country. I bet Ahmadinejad is sending a lot of nice stuff to his brethren there.
