If you mean a you tube video you write down [ youtube ] .. [ /youtube ] and where the dots are you put in a code. To get the code you click on embed code under the youtube video and it'll look like this:
You only need the highlighted bit which is AFTER the v/ and before the ?, about 11 characters long. So now you'd write [ youtube ] L A i H f q n b G Y o [ /youtube ] except without spaces and it should come up. For a picture you just write

You had 6 spaces, I quoted your post and deleted them all and it came out fine. NO SPACES, I had to put them in when I was explaining it to you so you could see what to actually write rather than the video coming up. Try again.
