he doesn't deserve jail time. He made a poor judgement call, and posted something that he likely didn't even remember was underage. He's not making, selling, trading or bating to children...he posted something he deemed "newsworthy" that involved an almost-18yr old. Illegal technically-yes. Jailworthy? Hell no. Especially since the "minor" in question has done implied nudity since she was 15- at the consent of her parents. THEY should be the ones going to jail, not Perez!

Perez Hilton did what makes Perez Hilton famous. Miley Cyrus did what everyone expected would happen eventually. I don't see why Perez should be put on blast for this, and I also don't see why the pic is censored. Miley didn't want her pussy censored or else she'd worn panties! You might as well keep on giving her the exposure she craves. I personally think the age of consent laws are dated and should be changed.

It's a shame that we still live in a 'my daughter would never...' minded society with laws to match. Especially when that same society makes teen sex taboo.
