Don't Care for Mobile Skin

I prefer the full site rather than the mobile version but recently the mobile version opens on my android phone. I can change it at the bottom of the page but I would like the full site to be the default. I can't seem to figure out how to change that. Any suggestions?

I believe your mobile IP is what activates the default view. Same thing for us when we want to view a site in mobile from our desktops, usually we can't do it :-/

I'll poke around and see if there's a way to trick it, but I'm like you, I prefer desktop views over mobile any day.

Thanks for the help. This seems to be a new phenomena, not just for free ones but for many. All of a sudden the mobile site is the default and there is no way to opt out of that skin on a permanent basis.

I agree with you. It seems that a lot of people are using mobile devices so sites make that an option (like us its an option instead of only one choice of just mobile). Personally, I much much much prefer getting stuff done on a real PC, but hey.

Again, I'll poke around but not sure if this is something you can trick your phone into doing.
