I cannot see anything in these screenshots. They're mostly updates for other sites on your network. The one update from Dominno I can actually make out (it's difficult when you provide thumbnails, not screenshots) is an old scene pre-boobjob.

That website and Twitter account don't strike me as ones having anything to do with said star. I may be wrong but based on the many genuine pornstars on twitter this looks more like the work of an enthusiastic faker to me.
