I was watching the world series of poker and the guy kept praying to god "Jesus please let me win, let me have purpose today". If there is a god, do you really think he cares about the outcome of one's ******** ventures?

It's hard to answer as dark and dreary those places are that have virtually no natural sunlight. :1orglaugh Maybe God gets distracted by the all you can eat midnight buffet before he gets to them. :dunno:

so am i. i cant even count the number of times ive had somebody call an all in on me with a **** hand and outdraw me. god must be shining his light on others.
I'll bet the real poker gods would take offense to him praying to Jesus. That's just dumb praying to a competitive deity.
And I haven't even won that.
