I never have any cash on me, and never use my debit cards. I handle all my purchases with credit cards, earning my rewards and paying my balances in full each statement. The credit card companies must hate me. I always know my bank balances down to the nearest dollar. I am quite good with keeping track of my money, probably because I am pretty cheap, as Becks will tell you.
Actually, they probably love you. You cause them no grief. And they make all those transaction fees from the companies you buy your products from.

I like carrying cash on me. I don't know why. I don't have any at the moment, though, since I'm unemployed.
I have a few hundred dollars in my wallet all the time. I don't buy much but when I do I use cash. Especially since my drug dealer won't take credit or debit cards, yet. The problem I have is that I accumulate too many coins as change. I may over a hundred coins in my pockets. So many coins that it makes my pants hang too low and I jingle when I walk. I off load the coins to jars and I must have nearly a thousand dollars of coins in my house.
