Loaves of "real" bread, from an actual bakery yes. The heels that come with pre sliced bread from the grocery store no. We use them to butter corn on the cob though. You put some butter on the slice and roll a hot cob of corn on it.

Proper bread dont do heels.

On Åland Islands they make whats called blackbread, if thrown at someone You Might kill them, but thats a proper bread, it fills you up and it lasts for ages.

And its damned tasty.
