Every frikkin' night. Maybe it's living near the highway. Maybe cos I gotta pee. Also I really need one of those therapeutic pillows. A good pillow and firm mattress=a good night's rest.
i teach a class at 6 am until 8am so i **** up at 430 to prepare the class and get there a little early.
i get home, eat, prepare another class for 12 pm and get back at 230.
