You'd think so, but the tolerances have changed, much to general displeasure. I suppose we are able to have free reign on him, now, but I've done it once, and he's certainly not worth any more effort.

It's one thing to be a little more understanding in circumstances where there's a gray area as to whether or not any board rules were broken. It's quite another to just refuse to ban anyone on the board regardless of their behavior. This is a very cut and dry case, and it's a little disconcerting to see that it's being tolerated without any sort of response or repercussions.
