i am five days into unemployment and have shaved twice, I think I am doing all right. today, no shave

No, I didn't. I am scruffy today. I'm still getting over a cold which means mornings are difficult and shaving is optional. Today, it just didn't happen. But if I go too long, my students start to notice. I thought only my mother would be the one to tell me that I needed to shave. Nope, 10th graders are very astute at telling me as well.

Nah, just once a week for me, usually Sunday. And I don't even really want to do it then.

Is being clean shaven mandatory for a lot of jobs? I seriously don't know, as I've worked in a warehouse all my working life.:dunno:
I know someone who worked at UPS that told me being clean shaven was required, but that's the only time I heard of a rule like that.

I have had it. Finally. I am so going to get a waxing. Done properly, it should eliminate the need for shaving if not once for all, at least for long intervals. One wax can last you up to three weeks.

I pretty much trim the package, but I shave everyday. I'm not into beard, staches, goatees, etc. I like the clean face look.

((Here's a secret for guys: You don't need to use shaving cream with a razor. You get a better exfoliating treatment if you ditch the cream and just have at it with the razor on your face after you shower, so your pores open up a bit. :thumbsup)
