Time to bump this one! So, here's what I'm looking for, yet again:

I have no idea if this helps, but here are some scenes and places to try. I'm sure in the past few years you've looked all over, but maybe a fresh set of eyes will help? I would look longer, but this guy has a HUGE filmography, and although I do love researching and looking crap up...I have other things to do today. :)

A question - was there a DP, or just swapping out?

I know this is a shot in the dark, but perhaps this might be it?
In the movie "Sex & Fun mit Harry 5: Der Meister spannt beim Arschverkehr" (1998) there's supposed to be a scene with "Molly (blonde pigtails, 2 men, anal)" (taken from http://bgafd.co.uk/films/details.php/id/s00072).
It does fit in the time frame, and the keywords are right. I have, however, been unable to locate any images other than the cover (which makes this less promising :/) or clips from this so I can't say it fits the scene you're looking for, but if it's right then perhaps the name rings a bell. :3
