For me, the most amazing thing a lady can wear - any form of jewellery such as diamante, rhinestone (or actual diamonds!) covering the neck (in the form of a ****** .. especially in 8-rows) and wrists (as bracelets).
Even better would be chains connecting the collars/chokers and bracelets/cuffs .. but I haven't seen anything like that implemented yet.
