This is tough for me, as I have been driven physically crazy by all sorts of types - white, black, Indian and Japanese, tall and tiny, perky 34A through to engulfing 36E, "classically beautiful" to "punked up emo." But I've given it some thought, all I'd probably craft a girl like this :
Pale skin. By pale, I mean printer-paper white. The tone most caucasian girls have to apply make-up in order to achieve.
Black hair.
Eyes like ice, beyond blue. Going into pale grey. With a glint in them that perma-suggests naughty thoughts.
5'4-5'6 so when she stands close to me, the top of her head rests perfectly under my chin.
A noticeable ass. "Boyish" figure need not apply.
34B or somewhere in that region.
A stomach that suggests she eats healthily. Flat/toned is ok, but I'd much rather there be a little too much than a little too skinny.
Pierced is ok, but not a pre-requisite. Navel, eyebrow, nose, lip, tongue... pretty much anywhere is fine.
Ink is great, as long as it has some meaning to it and preferably not a "tramp stamp."
But most importantly.... she has to laugh at my jokes.

I am so surprised at the amount of men who like pale skin and dark hair. Makes me glad that I choose not to tan! But this past summer in Florida really screwed me being on the beach, getting little tan lines. Damn bikinis. Wish I could do without them sometimes!
