You say based on the intention of her work Denise Milani has done softcore porn. Well, the FCC wouldn't consider her work to be softcore porn since they could all be safley printed into maxim, stuff, or any other mens magazine that is not considered pornographic. Just in case you didn't know, the FCC is the (or at least a major) authority on this suject. Also, playboy isn't even considered pronography by the magority of the population, most people would say they are nude models not pornstars or softcore-pornstars. The intention of all of these are to make money by arousing men/women (mostly men, I just want to cover al my bases) by means of printing and distributing images of attrative women in their magazines and even videos on their websites. The "worst" catagory you could put Denise Milani in would be with Playboy models however, she has never posed nude so that automatically makes takes her out of that catagory. That would put her into the catagory of plain old model. To be more specific, she is not a fachion model since she doesn't sell the clothes she poses in, this is true. There is a category of model for women like her however, there are actually several, but for Denise Milani it would be glamor model since she is obviously not a super model. A super model would be someone like Tyra Banks, who is also a fahion model, and speaking of her would you say that the Victoria's Secret models do softcore porn? Probably, but you's be wrong, even though the intention is to sell sexy lingerie and thus sex, and that is going way out on a limb on my part but it is argueable (afterall the purpose of lingerie is sex since granny panites serve the purpose of an undergarment just fine, they're just unappealing). If you told Tyra Banks she was a softcore pornstar she would probably kick your ass, the same is probably true of Denise Milani.
Sorry buddy you made a valient effort but unfortunalty for you there is no way possible that you can win this one. You could quote Mark Twain all day and you'll still be wrong, I could write you a formal, scholarly essay as to why we are right and you are wrong but that'd be going overboard. Unless the mods promised to permanently remove the user they felt was wrong from freeones completley and without refund (incase you have paid for any services), then I'd be all over it, you'd be gone for good and we would never have to read your nonesense ever again.
