Just edit away any vaguely personal info and be on your way.

If someone found your account and is logging in as you... Just change your password to some incoherent ramblings (button bashing) eg. 389vry89g27578HD&*BYyf7yfyb

Then copy it to confirm... No one will ever get into your account again and you will fade off and be forgotten. Simple? Yes?
