Trafficking, not necessarily consumption. ********* should be regulated about like nicotine and *******.

Who cares if it is legal. Unless a crime is commited then the state has no right doing anything. ***** are a vice.

(State or Federal Government)

The death penalty should be applied to all those who aprove of the death penalty.

Just the guilty.

all of the above maybe

Maybe?

I think all but treason should be punishable by death. This isn't the 1600's.

So, selling secrets to another country is good? You can't post or comment in this forum any more. :nono:

Seriously tho, what if somebody is later found to be innocent? This has hapened 18 years after a life sentence. Kiling an innocent man? Never good. Go for life imprisonment over death penalty. Don't get me wrong, I **** certain kinds of criminal (*********, rapists) with a passion, but you can't honestly trust a conviction in court.

Exactly.
I'll give an example. The guy that shot the congresswoman as well as several others in Arizona. He ****** people, he was cought at the scene with the ***. Fry him.
If you cannot do this without that much certainty. Life in prison.

I'm no senator or politico, thank god, and I understand why the penalty is applied and rightfully so it may seem in many, many, many circumstances. Never-the-less I choose other. We will all get there one way or another but I don't believe in the taking of lives under any circumstance,by any, well maybe a few actually but that's just me.

Guilt & innocence is only a matter of timing. Everybody will commit crimes in their life. If you try to stay innocent by standing still then you're guilty of loitering.
I say that we **** all newborn babies by exposing them to Trident's vitriol in order to save the time and effort of watching, catching and convicting criminals
for' all of the above
What if the guy is later proven innocent? Are those who sentenced him then guilty? Must we then execute judge, jury AND executioner?
But then, hold on... If we don't allow the death penalty because we may be wrong... Then should we allow ANY sentence at all, on the basis that we may be wrong?

Just some food for thought.
