I won't likely live to see it, but going forward the ranks of conservatives in america will continue to dwindle to the point where, should yet another conservative judge be appointed, at some not too distant point the court may frequently be ruling very much in opposition to the will of the majority.
Not to say that's never happened before, but my guess is that this time around the very least that's going to do is bring about the imposition of term limits on supremes, including retroactively the ones serving at that time.
