"Dead ****** members"

******?
Even if people were posting for sympathy is that really that wrong? I think its more wrong that we live in a world where if you have a lot of money or are extremely hot you get lots of attention but yet if you have a problem and need comfort or sympathy you dont just get it you actually have to go above and beyond for people to give a ****

Missed the point.

Nothing wrong with looking sympathy... If something happens that actually deserves it.

But completely fabricating a sad story? No one would ever do that, would they?

Pretty fucked up thinking that people who post about lost loved ones is faking? What proof do you have that its fake? Examples? Your a cold hearted fuck! You don't know how people really feel who post here. Have some compassion!

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
So you're saying it's completely impossible that someone would make up a sad story just to get attention?

Impossible? Absolutely not! I'm saying that the person who would do that is a sick piece of ****. It's not something that a normal person would do.

Look, what I'm saying is, since hissexslave was the last one to post this kind of topic... she's a 38DD or something like that. If she wants attention here, 5 seconds in front of her digital camera and a quick upload gives her all the attention she could ever want. I don't know her from Adam (or Eve, in her case). But I have no reason to believe she'd do something this low just to get some attention from a bunch of people she doesn't know. She won't show her nipples... but she would make up a story about her *** dying?

And short of any evidence that she (or anybody else) has done something like that, this is a really fucked up thing to suggest, IMO.

I challenge you to a duel!

Seems like a popular attention seeking craze on freeones these days. And probably completely fictional. I know it, and you all know it.

"If it smells, looks and tastes like bullshit, it is probably is bullshit."

So this is the thread for you, want some free cheap FAKE sympathy? Just post in here.

My long lost uncle just died! Deary me.

Who got free fake sympathy here?
I think this thread is just a ploy for attention.:2 cents:

Whos to say what "deserves" it.. Even if someone made up a story about death you have no idea what else is going on in their life that they might need some attention or comfort for. Like I said the sick part about this world is that so many problems could be stopped if people gave a **** a little more.. Even about **** we might think is stupid to us we still have no idea how it feels in someone elses shoes

Considering most of the main threads that talk about ****** members that have ****** away have been from senior, well known, or well respected members I'm going to have to call bull **** on this bull **** thread. If it was a bunch of nobodies doing it and there was two dozen threads like it I could maybe see people getting upset, but that isn't the case.

What a great thread to post into today.

I just got done working 11.5 hours and was at work for 12.5-13 hours.

*** at work (3 months there roughly - just had his review)
*** died
uncle died
aunt ******** two grandchildren
Tons of other crazy ass stories or maybe real?

Last thread now - right after his review
Showed up late to his shift on saturday
This saturday he got hit by a car

This *** either has horrible luck or is a notorious liar at work.

I would just like to take this moment to say;
I do feel sorry for those who have lost loved ones, I know how it feels. This "message" is for the fakers, the ones who want false sympathy.

You know who you are.

Oh, so it was a joke, ehh ?
.....fitting :o

and... Author ..... I get it ! :hatsoff: One hundred percentile

Call me an asshole, but I think this is a little tasteless. I don't see why you have to call out Bear, DD, or HSS like that when they experienced such a great loss. :2 cents:

I personally prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt. If people are proven to be attention seekers I'll deal with them, but as long as it hasn't been proven, I'll treat such messages as if they are true, because they most likely are.

^^Agreed. Ironically, this thread itself is now circular and self-referencing (OP).

Maybe you've just forgotten to switch your bullshit detector to "on".

But hey, I could be wrong, it's all true and it's all very sad. In that case, God will take care of me by sending me straight to hell. So there is no use in getting mad at me.

Thanks for all those who gave me positive rep. I guess.

Seems to be a growing trend.
We had one guy who took off work because his uncle died. The very next week, another uncle died. Upon further review, it turned out the first one wasn't actually his uncle, but his friend-with-benefits uncle.
The second one was an out and out lie.
