No it isn't down it is rather unmaintained or simply poorly maintained. The entry page is empty, sure, but the rest is still exists. Do a Google site search for "daniellederek.com" so may see what is there. There is even a phpbb2 forum; however, if you go to to "technical support" or "customer questions" you'll find 100% crap. No one seems to care for that. According to whois the domain name expires in April 2008. After that date the site will disappear completely if it remains in this state, I guess.
