Nah, man, neva mind about the "cheeseman" (in Dutch: "kaaskop") term; it's a not so flattering nickname for dutch folks ( since they produce, export (goudse for instance) and eat so much cheese on a yearly base), but it's okay to say, if you're like on good terms with someone.
