This isn't true at all. She's gone on record as saying she wants to work on smaller projects and develop her own stuff, which she is, and she has that luxury now she has Star Wars money. Same goes for John Boyega.

She's got about half a dozen projects in pre-production or post-production. She's doing fine. After the complete fuck-up that was The Rise of Skywalker, she's mostly steering clear of big budget stuff and who can blame her - or John Boyega and most of the rest of its cast, for that matter.
