She is wearing a Pink dress - has dark hair (might be a dark brunette) that occasionally went topless in the Stephanie In the Vip , Club Crazy clips you reference above... she is shown here looking at the camera (where else does she appear? - someone above pointed to a dancing bear clip where the cute brun above also appears in and so does this "pink dress" cute bruntte, but "my" pink dress cute brunette keeps her stuff on in that dancing bear clip...so no joy going after that..
