Yeah, it's funny, but I'm guessing that this place previously/typically used paper cups before, and just failed to take down the sign when the styros were intro'd.

Also, it's still prudent to reuse a styro cup. Why?

I hope they reuse the sign to, because a tree died, to make the paper, for that public service message.
