There's one of the Eric Everhard "Jailbait" DVD's that starts out with Max Hardcore driving around talking about what a fool Courtney was, refusing to work with him again, missing out on accompanying him to trips to international porn festivals, etc.

Yeah he talked more smack about her after she retired from the biz too.
