The police in America really should institute continuing re-certification so that we don't have so many cops covered in blubber whose only skill is harassing teenagers instead of fighting real crime.

That was totally insane. I hope they never do make it so you can't tape the cops. Most are not to bad but cops like this should be held accountable. Not have it covered up the way this kind of thing probably would have other wise.
