Convicted ***** ******** plans foundation for ********

A German law student who ********* and ******** the 11-year-old heir to a private banking dynasty was sentenced to life imprisonment in july 2003 in a case overshadowed by allegations of police *********.
Magnus Gaefgen, 28, confessed to ********* Jakob von Metzler, *** of the head of one of Germany's oldest private banks, Bankhaus Metzler, on the boy's way home from school in September 2002 and ******* him.
He was arrested one day after collecting a $1.15 million ransom. Jakob was later found dead, and police said he had been ********* or ********* to death.
The case stirred controversy after Frankfurt police admitted that, not knowing Jakob was already dead, they had threatened to use ******** against Gaefgen if he did not reveal the boy's whereabouts.

Now, three years later the case is stirring up the media again. Gaefgen wants to establish a foundation for ******** and adolescents to “put a sign against the unjustness that has been done in 2002”.
I wonder who would donate to this foundation, if it will ever be established. Would you let your money flow in channels of a ***** ****** and ********? In my opinion, this person just wants to get out of prison earlier. That planned foundation is nothing else than a farce.
