Convicted Felon Donald Trump’s Second Presidency

Oddly enough, he did make an appearance in the Duck-verse:

And how fitting is it that in a world focused on mallards, he's a pig?

Court temporarily blocks Trump order on birthright citizenship

I think an important takeaway here is that a single federal court judge blocked an executive order.
In other words, Executive orders are not absolute, and can be blocked before implementation, even by a single person.

I'd love to have seen tump's face when he was given that reality check.
He basically reminded everyone that anything he orders can be challenged by anyone.

It was a glorified press release. Any competent attorney would have counseled him that it was a non-starter. The judge (a Reagan appointee) excoriated the EO: "This is a blatantly unconstitutional order.”

Trump blames DEI for mid-air collision in D.C. without any evidence

Following last night's mid-air collision, U.S. President Donald Trump pointed the finger at his predecessors, without any evidence, for loosening air traffic control standards.
The video does it better, but basically the headline. He's saying DEI hires are responsible for the crash.

Seriously??

It is classic Trump. I continue with my doubts about his cognitive abilities. He is just signing papers placed in front of him.

Why did we rehire him? He was getting some goodwill between the election and inauguration, but he pissed it away within 10 days. Only 4 more years.

Here is a good example of why Trump wants to defund NPR: they call out his lies. People with disabilities must be qualified for the job they are performing.

There is something deliciously ironic about tump complaining about people who are intellectually incompetent being hired for jobs they are not qualified for.

Fantasy: Donald Trump promises during his rallies, prices for food and household goods are high because of the Biden Administration. "Yes, everything that crooked Joe touches turns to crap." His words not mine. "They will drop when I'm elected."

[Before the election, the price of eggs was at a low $2.79 a dozen. Eggsland's Best, on the date of the election, were a bit more pricey but they always are. They were $4.79 a dozen.]

Reality: Nice to know that you can now go to the local grocery store. The price of eggs is now $9 or $10 a dozen. Soon to be in the $13 to $14 price range. A bunch of four bananas and two avocados which cost $1.09 and $1.98 respectively now will soon cost $4 and $8 because of the tariffs that the Trump Administration has imposed on Mexico.

Yes, "let's make 'merica great again." said the Fool in the WH.

Are we saying that Tump is retarded or he's just a bit S-L-O-W? Yes, I gotta love it. :)

Trump imposes new tariffs on imports from Mexico, Canada and China in new phase of trade war
https://www.npr.org/2025/02/01/g-s1-46010/trump-tariffs-mexico-canada-and-china-imports
Trump signed executive orders Saturday, imposing 25% taxes on most imports from two of the country's biggest trading partners: Canada and Mexico. Goods from China will be charged a 10% tax.

And in typical bully fashion, he says that if Canada retaliates, he will raise them:
https://globalnews.ca/news/10992959/donald-trump-tariffs-canada-feb-1/
The executive order also has a clause meant to deter Canada from retaliating.
“Should Canada retaliate against the United States in response to this action through import duties on United States exports to Canada or similar measures, the President may increase or expand in scope the duties imposed under this order to ensure the efficacy of this action,” the order read.

Let's see how long this lasts when Americans complain about American price hikes because of these tariffs.
