Fighting for the right to own a firearm is also fighting for the right for criminals to own firearms. How many of these people are regular law abiding citizens until the *** they own helps carry them into criminalville? Banning guns won't happen and won't solve the problem, but to deny that *** laws are fine the way they are is silly.
Let's apply this to something else:
Fighting for the right to ***** **** is also fighting for the right for ***** driving man slaughters to ***** ****.
(Let's bring prohibition back!)
Fighting for the right to own property is also fighting for the right for criminals to own property.
(let's be communist!)
Fighting for the right to an uncensored internet is also fighting for the right for criminals to an uncensored internet.
(Let's be China!)
Fighting for the right to own a firearm is also fighting for the right for criminals to own firearms.
(Let's be Britain and Australia and **** Germany and Stalin's USSR!)
None of that is the American way.
We screwed up prohibition, and we know we did. The reason behind prohibition was that a undrunken man doesn't ****, beat his ******, or **** himself. It didn't work.
We are even learning that pot should be legal, and yes, I am in one of those states, and yes, I voted to legalize a civil right.
