First if you have five case fans and a well venalated case i wouldn't worry about it to much, my Nvdia 6600 PCI-X's fan did the same thing so I pulled the plug on it and it has never given me any problems. But I know that they have a exhaust fan, thats the best term I can use to describe it, that fits in a PCI slot below your graphics card, it pulls the heat off the card and pushes it out the back, check newegg.com for it.
