that's a bit long winded just to make a gif out of a video surely there is an easier way :dunno:

I have an small app on my Mac that handles the whole process on its own. I've looked for a Windows 7 equivalent, but the one's I've tried have either crashed of have ridiculous, confusing interfaces.

Any ideas?
