Coach Bob Bradley should be fired for U.S. loss?

underdog USA = a real team, great spirit, second round

selfproclaimed favorites France and Italy = a bunch of pampered pussies, disgusting attitude on and off the pitch, first round

Bradley does a good job. The matches they played were doing football's popularity in the States a service. Losing to Ghana is not the end of the world. They have good players who beat Serbia and gave Germany a headache.

POTW/M

I'm still reelin off this loss but I think BB is a no brainer to stay. I will go to some soccer boards to relay the message if I can.
I'm still waitin' for our American 'soccer' expert titsrock to opine, but must be on a hot date tonight (like I was las night ;)) Don't worry, we still gonna take it some day 't'. ;) Forget all these Eurocentric pricks and all these ignorant American assholes. We know what's up.

As a Canadian, a soccer fan, and an MLS fan, I was actually hoping for the States to do well to show the rest of the world that North Americian soccer is not as bad as the rest of the world seems to think it is. I thought the Americans played well in every game and played an entertaining brand of futball. I think every coach makes mistakes and I don't think Bradley deserves to be thrown under the bus because of one game - one decided in extra time no less.

Better luck next time and maybe us Canadians will even be able to join you in 2014.

Yes, I'm all for my Canadian brothers to join us as we conquer the next WC. I got cousins and in-laws up there so of course wish the best.

It's good to be the king...
Send him and all of the squad to Guantamano Bay for that performance

It's clearly time to sack him and pay ten times as much for a coach who won't get the team out of the group round.

I can only have dreamed of the Americans against Villa and the Spaniards. I am gong to dream about that one. It would've been pretty cool (we mighta got wasted on that contest...or not) to see that contest.

I still can't believe we lost. I thought it was history to be made :(

I thought Bradley made a few tactical mistakes in the World Cup and I never liked his player selection.

Is somewhere outhere.
Domenech is free as well...

I don't think he was that bad :1orglaugh

Considering the quality of players that he had at his disposal,I
think he did a good enough job.

Everybody seems to forget how well they did the summer before and
it was only down to defensive mistakes they lossed out last night. It
was good to see that a lot of the players, fans and even guys on here
get angry about how things went. This only shows that they care,so
maybe in the future we'll start seeing better performances and some
ass kicking.

I think if the MLS develops further - the more chance of better
players will start coming through.

The MLS is only getting bigger.

I'm 50/50 on this question. I think maybe that Bradley has gotten this team to a certain point and now we need someone else to take this team to the next level. Just because Bradley got this team to the round of 16 doesn't mean that he is necessarily the best coach for this team going forward. With that being said, I think Bradley has done a magnificent job with this team considering where they were before he arrived. I'm sure the US soccer fed will take time to review this world cup and decide the future of this team.

Special Operations FOX-HOUND
I think that they shouldn't fire him, he did one heck of a job against superior teams.
