Why should the people who LEGALLY payed to have her videos and pics be slandered as scammers? I suppose that when she made those pics and videos, and got paid for them, there was a clause that allowed them to exploit them as they wish. If they are still selling them 100 years in the future, it's their right.
It's like The Beatles, who sold the right of their musics to someone, and then Michael Jackson bought those rights. If the heirs of Michael Jackson exploit the Beatles's music, they have the right to do it. The Beatles might have made a stupid decision to sell the right to their musics, but they sold it, and now they (or their heirs) can't complain.
Well it depends. I don't know anything about the situation, but what you say is somewhat true if they do in fact hold the rights to the photos, and I don't know if even that is true. On the other hand on an ethical level I also think producers should come out and state if the performer in the material is no longer associated with them, and they are using old material that they have the rights to, and if they either have no more new material or only a limited amount and when that's gone it's it they should state that also. I have always thought it not right, for example, when old websites of performers carry on like they are representing the performer, the performer is still working with them, or even when they purposely stay silent on the matter when she has long since left because they feel they can milk extra cash out of fans out there that are oblivious to the situation and wouldn't want to pay for that otherwise. For me transparency means a lot in these situations. Some fans out there want to be loyal to the performers and not necessarily the people they work for or who have material or her.

Looking through his vids/pics he has worked with CJ before and is posting new content of her now so if he is one of these guys exploiting her pics why would she go back and work with him again on the ice bucket vid? CJ recently flew to Hawaii with this guy to do some photo sets, on her instagram http://instagram.com/cjmiles8ig she posted a pic of her plane ticket to Hawaii (scheduled the 24th of August) and by comparing her nail polish to some of the pics in the set you can tell it's obviously her and not some elaborate ruse to try to convince people that's she's still taking pics. In the new set of pics and in the ice bucket challenge her hair is the same, dark brown with lots of light brown highlights especially at the tips so obviously these pics were done around the same time and not back before 2011 like Lew said.
In closing and in summary CJ is still in the business and Lew is just lying to protect her from all the prying eyes of all the internet perverts so that he can have her all to himself.

Post a short vid of her saying she has quit the business or hell just post any kind of evidence at all instead of expecting people to just take the word of some random guy online as fact.
