City Workers & Lack Of Courtesy...

The secret ingredient? MY BALLS
I don't know how it works where you live, but I just noticed something that came as a pretty big surprise to me.

I was just sitting here, going about my daily routine of watching TV, browsing the internet and whacking off, when I noticed a truck that had parked itself outside of the front of my house (actually, my parents' house). It stayed parked there for a while, so I began to grow a bit curious. After a few minutes, I looked at the truck and saw that it was a city truck, being driven by a city employee.

So, a man eventually got out of the truck and then started walking up our driveway, towards our backyard. When he got to the backyard, he just started looking at all of the trees and wires that are present in our backyard. He walked around our backyard for quite a few minutes, just observing things in our yard. Then, he went back to his truck, pulled out a big ladder, took it to our backyard, set it up underneath one of our trees, climbed up it and started touching a bunch of branches.

Now, he never knocked or rang our doorbell to see if anyone was home. He just went about his business as if it was cool to just waltz around our property, putting his hands on our **** like we wouldn't mind it. I don't know about you, but that pisses me off.

I don't care that he was doing his job, but he could've at least knocked on the door and informed us as to why he was here, you know? But, he chose to avoid being courteous and just went about his business as if it were no big deal. Is it like that everywhere or is it just here?

Do your city employees just do whatever they want without informing you, even if it's on the property that you own? Or, do they give you notice of what they are doing before they do it?
