There are several programs out that that download streamed flash movies like this. I dont know If I am allowed to name them because of the boardrules, but if you are using firefox, there is even a plugin that can acces streamed media.

empty your temp internet files and then play these videos in full, then go into you temp internet folder and the file should be there, might be called get_file or something like that, you will probably have to rename it to get_file.flv and then download a .flv player, this is how i get videos from youtube so it should work for these, but you must allow your browser to play the full video before you take it from the temp internet folder
